Jacqueline Louis is a mentor, motivational speaker, trainer and event host. She is best described as a “ cheerleader for girls and women” for passionately working with them to amplify their confidence and knowing their worth. Jacqueline mentors with passion; empowering girls and women to always “Be You, Be Intentional” so they can not only make their marks in their communities but be impactful on the world. As the force behind the Miami-based nonprofit “Beautiful Beauties of Tomorrow (BBOT)”, she draws youth in with her vibrant energy along with the authenticity of her human nature. The love she has for her girls is genuine and it trickles down into every aspect of BBOT.

When not mentoring, speaking or training, Jacqueline can be found turning a house into a home as a loving wife and mother creating lasting memories and highlighting the importance of family. Though she was raised by Superwoman herself, her mother, Jacqueline harbored anger growing up in a single-parent household. As a self-aware pre-teen, she eventually came to terms with the animosity towards her absentee father. In doing so, Jacqueline confronted him and set herself free. In that very pivotal season of her life, Jacqueline was surrounded by mentors who helped break the chains of fear and doubt. They held her accountable, emboldened her to become a leader and pushed her towards greatness because they believed in her. It was then that she decided to carry the torch and became inspired to motivate others.

By the age of 13, Jacqueline held several positions serving the youth in her church. After graduating high school, the proud Miami Native and South Florida resident graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. Jacqueline is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy at Carlos Albuiz University.

After years of informally mentoring girls, she established BBOT in November 2011. Since its inception, BBOT has transformed the lives of hundreds of girls from all walks of life. In hopes to grow her organization globally, she is the CEO of Jacqueline Louis Enterprises. She created the “Be You, Be Intentional” Planner & Journal to help others with what she calls the “Powerful Ps: Pray, Plan, Purpose & Prosper.” Her selfless goal is to bless the lives of as many girls and women as she possibly can. She is especially inspired to follow in the steps of her Mentors; leaving a legacy of reciprocation that encourages girls and women to save lives, starting with their own.
